how do handmade hoop timelines work?
every embroidered hoop is individually stitched by hand by ashley, and the time needed to complete each piece can vary depending on the design, level of detail, current order queue, and the nature of handmade work. because of this, the embroidery department does not provide or guarantee a specific turnaround timeframe for hand-stitched pieces. orders are actively worked through and completed with care, and your piece will never be rushed simply to meet an arbitrary deadline. if you have questions about the status of your order, you are always welcome to reach out.
i have an idea, but not a complete design. is that okay?
absolutely. send the lyric, theme, colors, memory, or slightly chaotic idea you have, and we will figure out the rest together.
